Often these questionnaires arrive by email, and my husband receives a copy as well, but apparently they are being sent by text now. I hope this letter will serve the same purpose. We received excellent service on our purchase of aour new 2020 Nautilus Reserve , from both Barry Pasqualini and Dan Sexton. All materials and functions were explained to us, we were assisted in setting up accounts within the Lincoln app, and Barry went the extra mile of both cleaning out my old Lincoln MKX , adding my license plates to the Nautilus, and programming our new Nautilus radio for us. We were very happy with our experience with both Barry and Dan yesterday. All my husband’s conversations inside Ford/Lincoln regarding payment for both our new Nautilus and purchasing extended warranties for it were thoroughly explained and well-handled, as well. I hope this letter, which I will also drop in the mail to you today, will serve as an equivalent to the missed or erased performance text from Lincoln. Tanks for your help, Martha Barrett More
