We asked him to give the car a good look over, and to be "our eyes" as we were hoping to just arrive and drive home with it. He was very thorough in his description of the vehicle and made us confident it was in great condition. Chris Febbraio helped us work through the paperwork process as we did it over the phone. We had a very busy schedule that week, and they all worked hard to ensure the car, and all paperwork was in order when we arrived. We arrived, took the car for a drive, signed the paperwork with Bob Katz (who is also a delight to work with), and were back on the road in less than an hour! We really appreciated the flexibility everyone showed given our requests and will be calling them back when it's time for our next purchase.
