Excellent customer service at this dealership I had to buy a car quickly because I was starting a new job and needed one for the commute. I was looking for used Prius and found one in an online se I had to buy a car quickly because I was starting a new job and needed one for the commute. I was looking for used Prius and found one in an online search at Stamford Ford Lincoln, which is just down the street from me. I indicated my interest, and Barry Pasqualini contacted me within 24 hours inviting me in to have a look at the car. When we arrived, I was immediately impressed by Barry's friendliness, professionalism and efficiency. Despite being very busy that day, he was happy to answer all of my questions with patience. And never once did I feel pressured to buy - this was in sharp contrast to my experience with the nearby Toyota dealership where they practically wouldn't let me leave without making some sort of down payment. Barry and his finance team also helped me find the best rate on a loan and put all the papers for that together. So easy. My one quibble, and it's small, is that I felt somewhat pressured by their finance department to purchase an extended warranty - but that was fairly minor. Several weeks after I purchased the car, and right around the time my "oil maintenance required" message popped up on my dashboard, Barry sent me a friendly email reminding me that my first oil change with the dealership would be free - Pitch perfect timing. I would buy from Barry and his team again in a heartbeat! More

I go out of my way to return there for service and this time another sale. I bought my first car from them, and they were terrific then. Fast forward 20 months or so, and was feeling a bit of buyer's remorse. Expressed my concerns to Barry, who is a real pleasure to work with. It was a tricky deal with a lot of moving parts, but the professionalism, organization and persistence of Bob and Barry are truly one in a million. I was happy to make a deal at Stamford Ford and will continue to return there and recommend to everyone I know. Thanks again guys! More

Barry was responsive and knowledgeable-setting up my test drive within hours of inquiry. Later the finance manager Bob went all out to make the numbers work for me so we could get the deal done. In less than two days I drove home the car I wanted at a fair price with financing that made sense. They are very responsive with call backs, answers and helpful hints. I also received technology training from Dan that was thorough-so I can make use of all the awesome features in my new car. I will refer friends and I will be back again! Thanks guys! More

A great sales consultant and dealership From the moment we entered this car dealer everyone was so concerned about making us feel at home.they greeted us at the door and asked us if we wante From the moment we entered this car dealer everyone was so concerned about making us feel at home.they greeted us at the door and asked us if we wanted anything,coffee,water etc while waiting for our sales agent. After a very short wait our sales consultant ,Barry Pasqualini greeted us and took us bAck to his office. My wife and I found Barry to be very concerned and inventive to our concerns and showed us a car we fell in love with. After decididing to purchase the vehicle Barry made it so easy to go forward and with his finance ( Bob Katz)closing team a genuine pleasure to do business with. We picked up the car 4 days later and again the closing process was as excellent as our initial experience. Andres Cadena the finance closing gentleman was super. We then met with Dan Sexton, their technology specialist,and he was unbelievable helping us set up the Bluetooth phone feature,radio,etc and explains all the features in a way that two senior citizens could understand. This is a terrific dealership and Barry and his team should be congratulated . More
