After three strikes, this was a home run After three bad experiences with other dealers (car was not equipped as advertised, charging $500 extra if not financing the car with them, and not gi After three bad experiences with other dealers (car was not equipped as advertised, charging $500 extra if not financing the car with them, and not giving a warranty for out of state buyers) we contacted Samford Ford Lincoln. Barry Pasqualini was very professional. Despite having work performed on the used bmw 128i at the BMW dealership, they honored the original price of the car, replaced a tire and antenna, and delivered the car beautifully detailed. They offered and did pick me up at the train station as I was coming from Manhattan, and even offered to buy me lunch while I waited for the detailing to be completed. Very friendly and no high pressure! More

He walked me through everything from the first time I stepped into his office to when I drove off the lot in my new car. He got me a good price, found the exact vehicle I was looking for and had it moved from another dealership, and was always responsive when I called. Then Eric from service thought to hold off on mounting a front license plate until I could take a look, since the grill on the ST I bought makes license plate mounting look a bit odd. Truly great customer service, would recommend to anyone. More

Great Experience, Great Dealership! I was in the market for a Ford Edge Sport AWD and after almost committing to another one at a nearby dealership I found a 2013 on the lot at Stamford. I was in the market for a Ford Edge Sport AWD and after almost committing to another one at a nearby dealership I found a 2013 on the lot at Stamford. I filled out a request online and within 30 minutes received a friendly response from Barry Pasqualini, after a few discussions he introduced me to Andres Cadena to go through the financing aspect. We were able to come to terms and handle everything over the phone and through email which was big for me since I live in NJ. Both Andres and Barry were very friendly and made the transaction go very smoothly. I had a horrible experience at a nearby dealer 2 years ago buying a Focus and said I would never go back even if they had the same car and would save me the trip. Stamford was like night & day and I would never hesitate to do business with them again in the future. Thanks again Barry & Andres for your hard work and putting together the best deal for me and my dream car! More

Very friendly Ford dealer After I totaled my beloved Mazda6 wagon I settled on a Ford Focus Hatchback to replace it. It was very surprising to discover how friendly this F After I totaled my beloved Mazda6 wagon I settled on a Ford Focus Hatchback to replace it. It was very surprising to discover how friendly this Ford dealership is. Clay tolerated me trying out for World Rally Championship in the two cars we tried out. Barry picked me up from the train station, helped me recalculate and explain all the numbers on the pricing sheets, and another man also helped me figure out all the electronics. Most importantly there was no pressure. Options like interior/exterior warranties were presented to me instead of being pushed on me. I wasn't upsold to a new car or anything like that. The pricing was pretty fair. There aren't a lot of low-mileage Ford Foci out there with bumper-to-bumper warranty intact. Traveling farther to get one would have imposed costs to me, plus it was getting cold and paying for train rides to work was getting annoying. The only thing is that I would have liked to know to pull up the seat cushions to get a truly flat load bed. I'm pretty sure nobody pulled them up when they were dealer prepping the car because I found a cigarette lighter back there. More
