An unfortunate event with our new 17 Purchased Acura put us unexpectedly back into the market for a new car. We decided to investigate MB - and Barry Sisler @ MB of N Olmsted made all the difference. He listened to our story and immediately recognized we were in immediate need. He and his team put us in a brand new C300 to fill our immediate need. Whether knowingly or unknowingly, this experience in a MB "sold" us. No high pressure sales techniques - the professionalism, and genuine caring in a relaxed, safe, comfortable environment- along with the product that quite honestly can make its own sale - had us sit down with Barry and order our first MB - 18 GLC300. Barry kept us transparently up to date on the build process and gave us realistic expectations on delivery. When delivery day came, Barry and his team made the entire process an event to remember. We will never forget our first MB. Barry's genuine thanks for a sale, the presentation of the unveiling, the detailed orientation from JoAnn, and the well prepared meeting with finance that Barry made sure we were equally prepared to complete. The 18 GLC300 is gorgeous and we look forward to owning it for many years and experiencing a durable well built vehicle that is a joy to drive. Barry is wonderful and we promised him our next MB purchase (soon) will be with him at MB of N Olmsted! More
