Let's face it, unless money is no object buying a car is never "fun". Consequently, what I look for is a place where I can buy a car with the least amount of hassle. That's what I found at Greg May. The initial interactions through their online sales team prompted me to drive 100 miles to the dealership because the car, price, and customer service I received was just right. Our salesman, AJ, was friendly and courteous. Though juggling several customers on a busy Saturday, he still provided very individualized service and made every effort to accommodate our needs. That level of customer care extended throughout all our interactions with the staff. To top it all off, the dealership delivered my new-to-me Pacifica over 2 hours away because it could not be taken home the day I was there. In all I was very impressed with my experience at Greg May, and would recommend them in the future. More
