Selling cars is Fun and buying a car should be FUN as well. I am very excited there is FINALLY a non-commission sales job in the Whatcom county auto industry. While every other commission salesman in the country's income is directly connected to how much profit they are making on a car deal, here at Bellingham Nissan All I have to worry about is making a friend and serving my customer. IT'S AWESOME.

They said I got approved for the loan for 20k to buy a car. Ended up going to a different dealer and getting a different car and now I’m getting letters in the mail saying that I wasn’t approved for a loa car. Ended up going to a different dealer and getting a different car and now I’m getting letters in the mail saying that I wasn’t approved for a loan for 25k. I wasn’t aware that they were planning on having me take out a loan that was 25k when the car was priced at 18k. They also put a bunch of warranties on the car and I had no idea they had done that without even telling me what the warranties are until I asked them why my monthly payment was so high. Really happy I decided to go to a different dealership and got a car that is nicer and was priced lower than theirs. They also told me that they were going to up the price of the car if I hadn’t purchased the car that day. Out of curiosity, I looked at the cars.com listing of that car and the price hasn’t changed. I looked at the car on 10/6/21 and it is currently 10/27/21. Just upset that they didn’t tell me that they were going to look up car loans for 25k without telling me because now that I’m not getting approved, which I know I wouldn’t considering the fact that I’m a first time buyer, it really screwed over my credit score. More

If I could give this dealership a zero star review I wouldn’t hesitate. The service department is a joke. After $7,000 my car should be in perfect condition but it is now running worse than it did befor wouldn’t hesitate. The service department is a joke. The service dept insisted on charging us for parts for a repair that was supposed to happen before we picked up the vehicle but wasn't. It was in the purchase agreement. Tried to schedule the service multip repair that was supposed to happen before we picked up the vehicle but wasn't. It was in the purchase agreement. Tried to schedule the service multiple times with no success (call log history). Once we finally got the vehicle into service we had to involve the sales associate to get the situation straightened out. We even went so far as to insist that the defective parts be reinstalled on the vehicle and we would take it elsewhere. Much, much thanks to Sales Associate Chanel for getting this straightened out.
