NOT SURE WHAT CAN BE DONE NOW THE DEAL IS DONE. JUST NOW A GOOD EXPERIENCE. WHEN I LEFT WITH THE VAN I WAS TOLD IT WAS A DONE DEAL THEN BART CALL ME AND SAID IT WAS NOT,AT THAT POINT I TOLD HIM I JUST WANTED MY CAR BACK.HE SAID NOT TO WORRY IT WOULD GET DONE. THEN HE CALLED AND SAID IT WAS DONE AND A BETTER DEAL WITH A LOWER PAYMENT, I SAID COOL AND I CAME IN TO RESIGN THE PAPER WORK.WELL THAD DID NOT SAY OR SHOW ME ANY OF THE PAPER WORK THAT MATTERED SO I COULD SEE WHAT MY PAYMENT WOULD BE AS A MATTER OF FACT WHEN I WAS LEAVING HIS OFFICE I STILL HAD NO IDEA WHAT MY PAYMENT WAS AND HAD TO ASK, HEY BY THE WAY WHAT IS MY PAYMENT, WHEN I GOT HOME AND LOOKED AT THE THING YOU PLUG INTO THE COMPUTER I WAS SHOCKED THAT THE PAYMENT STAYED ABOUT THE SAME BUT INSTEAD OF 72 MONTHS IT WENT TO 84 MONTHS AT A LOT HIGHER RATE, THIS WAS ALL JUST REALLY SCETCHY TO ME. REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE.

Car was dirty, inside and out, I had to pay out of pocket to have the oil changed that should’ve been done 2 months prior, they said they don’t fill the gas tank for used cars, which I’ve never heard of, and all the tires were low on air. One being over 5lbs below what it should’ve been. I would expect these kind of things if I was buying from a private seller but a name brand dealership should know and do better.
