They did everything they could to make us happy with the sale. I do wish the price of vehicles were not so high. I did look all around the metro area and Emich gave the best deal on a 2017 used/new truck with 5000 miles on it. I think in general vehicle prices are extremely high, and the trick people have fallen for is they no longer get a 4 year loan they get an 8 year loan so they think they can afford the vehicle. Moving numbers around to make you think you are getting a better deal is not the answer. More

I walked in to Emich Chevrolet expecting to spend $25,000 on a new work van for the business. I expressed how important it was that i have a "clicker" (keyless remote) for the new vehicle. Bart the salesman understood, and made me feel reassured. It took a few days for me to get back to complete the purchase, and a while to get the vehicle financed through the business. When all was said and done Bart handed me my keys without the clicker. When i asked he avoided the question. One would think after paying dealer fees of thousand of dollars, a $25 dollar "clicker" would have been included in the purchase. More
