In general the staff were nice. I specifically said I did not want any additional things added to the car... yet they tried to sneak in extended warranties and other items. I asked what I needed to bring to complete the transaction. I was told I didn't need to bring anything. Then when I got there they demanded several things, making me feel bad for not having them right there on my phone. Make a checklist and give it to prospective customers to gather the things they need. This is why people hate car dealerships! More
