I trusted this dealership because it is a well known dealership. Sadly, they were out to scam me from the start. They acted shady during the entire process added, being vague about many details (I'msure to confuse and throw me off), gave me horrible advice that would only benefit them, AND added over $5000 of extra charges on my purchase without my knowledge and permission. I'm shocked that dealerships are able to do things like this. Especially when I was very upfront about what I want, my expectations and goals...and especially my financial status. They had several staff members speak with me during the process.. I can't remember all of their names. Looking back it was a strategy to see who can gain my trust because I started noticing the intensity of their shadiness and started to call them out on it. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone I know. EVER. More
