This is my first purchase at Norm Reeves Honda but I have had service here for my previous car. The service department is very good, but as most people know dealership service centers are expensive compared had service here for my previous car. The service department is very good, but as most people know dealership service centers are expensive compared to independent mechanics in most cases. However, I trust the dealership service department with my car, especially with my new model since it has very complex technology. The sales staff was excellent. My first Contact was with Alex Santos. Alex is a friendly, courteous and professional young man. Working with him was a pleasure. As I negotiated my deal, Alex advocated for me to management which resulted in a better offer for my trade in. Alex spent a lot of time with me over several days to answer all my questions. Alex is the only salesperson that mentioned the Costco Auto Purchase program. That alone made this a standout deal because of a no-haggle pricing and a large discount. He didn't have to mention the program but I certainly appreciate that he did because I was not aware of it. When the deal was finalized, Alex processed the paperwork efficiently and quickly. My second contact was with Jonathan Abarca who was also excellent. Jonathan was also friendly, courteous and professional. Jonathan gave me a clear understanding of the Costco pricing, dealer fees and options with complete transparency. Jonathan gave me an additional discount to beat a competitor's price without me needing to divulge the competitor's offer. When the deal was settled I moved on to the finance and insurance office. I dreaded this part of the process. I was pleasantly surprised because of the very efficient, courteous and transparent handling of the process by Bashar Qasem. I was done in a half an hour with no pressure to purchase additional products. I have not bought a car in 16 years. My entire experience was really very good. I can recommend Norm Reeves Honda Huntington Beach without reservation. More
