Terrible experience. We had a terrible experience at Suntrup with Kenan. We bought a vehicle that was under a Safety recall and they knew it, but did not tell us until af We had a terrible experience at Suntrup with Kenan. We bought a vehicle that was under a Safety recall and they knew it, but did not tell us until after the sale. My wife and Kids were in this car for around 2 weeks when service told us it was not safe to drive and the car should have never been sold to us. We were lied to and treated terribly by Kenan and Beau. Kenan even showed up at my workplace and threatened me after all this happened, but i'm sure he was just doing what Beau told him to do. Luckily the service department is very honest there and told us everything. I will never buy anything from Suntrup and I tell everyone i can about my horrible experience. More
