I can't say enough good things about Becka and the entire staff regarding our buying experience. After working with multiple dealerships near us and having nothing but one unprofessional experience after an staff regarding our buying experience. After working with multiple dealerships near us and having nothing but one unprofessional experience after another, we decided to give Gladstone a chance, though it would mean a 9 hour round trip drive. After all was said and done, my wife and I would have driven twice that, just to have this experience all over again. Becka was 100% transparent and made every challenge that comes with finding a very specific model extremely easy. Whenever I had a question, she called, texted, or emailed me back instantly. She did so on her days off, and well after hours. After calling over a dozen dealers all over the northwest and being told we would have to wait at least a month to find the car we wanted, Becka was able to allocate one for us in less than 48 hours. To top it all off, her and her team were so professional, kind, and dedicated to helping us, that they stayed over and hour after closing, just to make it happen on our challenging time frame we had. A total of at least 6 staff members (that I counted myself) stayed well beyond closing. Every dealership I have worked with in the past, I left feeling like I was taken advantage of. We left Toyota of Gladstone feeling like we owe THEM. Do not hesitate to at least give her and her dealership a call. Even if you aren't local, just give them a chance and see what they can do for you. It won't hurt to ask, and you'll be glad you did. More

I came in hoping only to get to take a test drive, thinking that being able to work out all the details and get into a new car wouldn't be happening the day I stopped.
