I can honestly say I was extremely impressed with Becka and Toyota of Gladstone. This was my second time purchasing a brand new vehicle. I knew exactly what I was looking for. She did some searching initially, but wasn't able to find what I was looking for. But she continued searching and when the vehicle I wanted was coming in, she sent me all the paperwork on it. I ended up reserving it. It was easy to get the price I was looking for, the financing in place in advance, etc. When my wife and I came in we took it for a test drive, did the paperwork, Becka went over how everything works, and we were out the door.
