Becka was very helpful in keeping me up-to-date on the status of my car. While there was a recent policy change to no longer accept cards for full payments, she made sure to find a way to help make sure I status of my car. While there was a recent policy change to no longer accept cards for full payments, she made sure to find a way to help make sure I could leave with the car and keep my status of paying in full using a backup contract. Communication was through methods within my comfort zone and I was not forced to talk terms over phone calls that could not be easily documented from the customer side. While waiting on us to finish paperwork, she also made sure other customers were taken care of, even making sure they had no other questions before leaving. Overall very professional and helpful.
