Most places I talked to gave me a feeling like they didn’t really care for my business, almost like a monotonous automated response with no effort to build rapport whatsoever. From the moment I spoke with Becka at Toyota of Gladstone she clearly stood out. She gave me the sense that not only did she want my business but she was willing to go out of her way to help me find what I was looking for. This turned out to be exactly the case when I showed up to discuss terms in person. When the car arrived she made the entire transaction very efficient and easy.
