Updated: Gladstone has not contacted me nor done anything else to help resolve the issue. Becka was great to work with, helped me find exactly was I was looking for. But this dealership's business practice else to help resolve the issue. Becka was great to work with, helped me find exactly was I was looking for. But this dealership's business practices are really sketchy. Read every single number carefully every time they present you with the paperwork, because the finance people kept trying to add things without mentioning them to me, telling me "oh that's always charged." Same thing in the service department. I wouldn't have taken the extended warranty knowing what I know now about their service department. They tack on sales tax--there is no sales tax in the state of Oregon, Clackamas county, or the city of Gladstone. And they won't tell me what the charge was actually for; "oh everybody does that." No, they don't. I just spent over $3,000 on service at another mechanic, no extra unexplained charges were added. More

I liked that she sent me an update on where my vehicle was in the shipment process every Friday. I didn’t expect to be getting my dream car so soon. When she texted me out of the blue I was so surprised and the entire process took less than two months which is unheard of in this market right now. The whole process was super smooth and easy. I would recommend Becka anyone looking to buy a new Toyota. If I ever decide to upgrade my vehicle I will be coming back and asking for Becka directly! More

The sales person wasn’t pushy for me and she was very pleasant to talk too. Only down side I had was I might have been sold extended warranty from the finance person with out knowing they where adding that on more warranty, it wasn’t clear to me that was happening and I thought they where talking about the basic warranty. until I got home and saw the bill was way more then what I was buying. I’m hoping they will take it back if they do then I give this place 5 stars. Ok update: they are willing to take back the extended warranty at anytime they only asked that I really think about it, but it’s a total load off my chest that they are willing to work with you and clear any misunderstanding after the fact. I really appreciate that. More
