I was told that my service visit (replace steering wheel and oil change) would take at least three hours. Since I elected to wait, I was pleasantly surprised when it took slightly less than two. The service department and the service on my vehicle I would give 5 stars. The reason I gave 4 stars is because of a incident that happened on the outside near the showroom. I was standing outside talking would give 5 stars. The reason I gave 4 stars is because of a incident that happened on the outside near the showroom. I was standing outside talking on the phone while my car was being serviced, and a employee came up to me in a rude manner with a frown on his face and asked me "Do you need something", as if I wasn't suppose to be standing outside. And I told him my car is being serviced. He was very rude...I wish I had asked for his name, but I was on a important call at the time. I think he was talking to the GM Jim Allegretti before he headed my way. That's no way to treat customers. Ask before you assume! More

This is my dealership and has been for the past 10 years and I have never had any problem with the service I have received there. Quality technicians do the work and quality people help make the service exp and I have never had any problem with the service I have received there.
