Waited 3 hours for an oil change. My wait time was not communicated before my car was taken into the shop. Once I got my car back, there were screws laying on my floors. Service desk blamed it on having a new system. Take accountability for poor service. More

Been shopping for vehicles for a couple weeks. These folks advertise through autotrader and cars.com. So they are on internet, but wont deal with you unless you are on site. Puts up so many red flags for me that its hard to trust them when they are not transparent and using typical sales tactics. All I want is an honest dealer that doesn't charge extra fees. I could just tell by the woman I was talking to that I didnt want to do business with this dealer. She was rude and pushy. More

My salesman Ken was good to work with and he worked hard to get the deal done. But after that, everything went South.. I was preapproved by Ford credit at 2.9%. But then the finance guy without my knowledge to get the deal done. But after that, everything went South.. I was preapproved by Ford credit at 2.9%. But then the finance guy without my knowledge set me up with some third-party lending company at over 8%. I was forced to pay the truck off the next day to avoid the high interest rate. The next issue is I bought a electric truck a Ford lightning. According to the manufacture it come with the 80 amp charger, which the dealer did not furnish. So after spending $89,000, I have to go out and buy a $1300 charger so that my truck will properly charge. I really like the vehicle, but I would not recommend Huntley Ford if you’re looking to buy a car or truck. More
