As large and technically-advanced as this facility is, I was surprised I had to wait over a week to get an appointment to have my oil changed. I don't know if they are currently understaffed, or what the is was surprised I had to wait over a week to get an appointment to have my oil changed. I don't know if they are currently understaffed, or what the issue is. One thing I always do look forward to is, they wash your car after performing a service. The waiting rooms are very nice and they provide refreshments. More
