2016 Ford Edge Sport Purchased a 2016 Ford Edge Sport. Inquired about an oil light concern on the Carfax report. Becky Lynch indicated the light wasn't turned off at the l Purchased a 2016 Ford Edge Sport. Inquired about an oil light concern on the Carfax report. Becky Lynch indicated the light wasn't turned off at the last oil change. I had my dealer pull the Oasis report to find that what really happened was the engine was found to be 4.5 quarts low on oil. A very short time later, the cylinder heads had to be replaced to resolve the issue. Something that was very clearly listed on the paperwork (being 4.5 quarts low on oil when in for the light and then the cylinder head replacement) as the repair was performed at Joe Machen's Ford. This was never disclosed to me. I was originally told I could return the vehicle if it wasn't "everything Becky said it was." The tune changed when I pushed the issue. I was referred to Luke Stephen who was not willing to help and failed to return phone calls when he said he would. You form your own opinion of this situation based on this information. Buyer beware. More

Fantastic!! Becky was amazing. She jumped through hoops to make sure we were 100% happy when we left with our used car. She even made sure Management was pulled i Becky was amazing. Her service is phenomenal! My only complaint was in the car detailing as it was not done so great, but Becky made sure it was spotless before we left!! More
