I, like most people, do not find spending an inordinate amount of time in a Car dealership showroom. It's image to me has always been that of one of those dreadful timeshare sales processes. Becky and Denny debunk that stereotype from beginning to end. I bought a 2016 Chevy Volt . Did my research on the price by using truecar.com and Costco auto program. Without any hassle, I was given preferred pricing (GM Supplier Rate) over the phone. I even reached a conditional agreement on the price of my trade-in (subject to their inspection) based on KBB and an appraisal from CarMax. This was all done before setting foot in the dealership. Through email communication we reached and agreement including a FMV trade in. When I arrived I had expected a chaos and the dealership to indicate that we had misunderstood each other. Not True and exactly opposite with Paradise. Having in advance sent in my drivers license and registration for the trade-in and Insurance information, the transaction was virtually sealed when I arrived. Since the Volt is in high demand, I did have to wait a few days for the vehicle to arrive and be delivered from rail transport. I have a relative that owns a dealership in another state and, to be honest, this transaction was even easier than dealing with family, The only thing I would recommend to the dealership as an opportunity to have delivered well beyond expectations would have been to assure the electric vehicle was fully charged before I arrived. I do not fault them for this as it had just arrived a day before, but an overnight charge woud have risen to the level of excellence beyond expectations. Josh Rice is one of the most professional finance managers I have dealt with (check out his cool desk top with the touch screen pad and contracts all ready for digital signatures). He knew I had no interest in the aftermarket products and did not push when I made it clear. I used my 3 different credit cards that totaled $5000 to maximize points and mileage and payed the balance with a personal check. No games, no hockey "Spin the Wheel" gimmick, just authentic respect for the customers time. Thanks Paradise,! More
