I recently had my car serviced at Lexus of Milwaukee. I worked with Bella Baker, who was excellent to work with. The service department found an oil leak coming from the timing cover. Bella was great; she filled out all the warranty paperwork and got me a rental car, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. She kept in contact with me throughout the entire process.
