He was an absolute pleasure to work with—kind, patient, and thorough in breaking everything down in a way that was easy t me from the very beginning. I was in a bind after losing a tire to a pothole on a weekend en route to birthday plans with my kids. Bella helped me out greatly, ensuring my vehicle was safe to drive after inheriting it in an unknown state of condition. She was very kind, personable, and communicative. I found exactly what I wanted within one hour of arriving. The sales team was very service oriented as well. Cooper and Josh did a great job. I came into the dealership very upset and with significant frustration over my vehicle, which would not start. From the initial phone call with Melissa, I felt heard. Bella, in service, was my fi significant frustration over my vehicle, which would not start. From the initial phone call with Melissa, I felt heard. Bella, in service, was my first point of contact upon arrival and she handled the situation with professionalism, compassion, and genuine care. She listened to me and showed empathy. When I expressed my lack of confidence in the vehicle and that I would feel better in something different, she connected me with Bonnie. Bonnie extended the same behaviors to me. She listened, was empathetic and soothed my frayed nerves considerably. She also guided me through my options of something new without pressure. The feeling of being heard and understood did not end there. I received it from Christine in finance and every person that I came into contact with that day. Thanks to their support, I was able to purchase a new vehicle at a price point I felt good about. I truly appreciate how I was treated during a difficult moment and will continue to return as a loyal customer. Thank you all for turning a difficult day into a positive one. More
