Minna was excellent to work with. She listened to what I wanted and didn’t push me into buying a car that I didn’t want or need. She knows the Lexus product line, was professional, and I walked away with zero buyer’s remorse. I got a great vehicle at a great price. The entire team (manager, finance, service, and Hunter who sets up your apps and gives you an overview on how to work the key features) was there to work with you. Although the price was clearly communicated it hurt when I saw my vehicle on the used car lot listed at $7,000 above what was offered to me. I agreed out of convienence but the difference was above what I would have expected. More
