After several unsuccessful attempts in dealing with 3 so-called "reputable" Mercedes dealerships locally, I happen to come across Atlanta Classic Cars website. Upon review of the dealership's inventory, so-called "reputable" Mercedes dealerships locally, I happen to come across Atlanta Classic Cars website. Upon review of the dealership's inventory, I called and was kindly greeted by Ben Ajani. With a specific model and firm price in mind, Ben suggested that I allow him the opportunity to help me get what I was looking for in a car and in the price range I desired. It wasn't until the next day that I was able to visit; however, when I did, it did not take long to seal a deal. It was Ben's commitment to satisfy the customer(me) by listening to my wants and needs in an effort to make this purchase a smooth transaction. The quality of service I received was outstanding! Not only was I a customer, but by the time that I drove off, Ben made me feel like family. Without hesitation, I know that I can count on Ben in the future if and when a need arise. Great guy and I thank him immensely for helping to make this happen for me! More

2nd Mercedes in 6 months. Live in SC and drove to ACC specifically for the buying experience Ben provided. As with the first vehicle, he new his products, understood my buying criteria and worked within specifically for the buying experience Ben provided. This is the 4th vehicle I have purchased through Ben Ajani over a period 0f 15 years. The experience to date has been one of extreme trust in his ability to get me the best deal available. One whose responsibility to his customer is unwavering. I trust him to help me make the right decisions when it comes to the right vehicle my family and I. He is not motivated by the expected commissions from the sale but more from the desire to make his customer satisfied. On my last two trips to the dealership, Ben picked out the car for me and all I did was come in and sign the dotted lines.........that is how much I trust in him. He also arranged for the delivery of the vehicle to my home 150 miles away from the dealership. In short, Ben would take the extra mile to ensure the comfort of the customer. He is a salesman worthy of emulation by his peers. I definitely will be doing business with Ben irrespective of dealership he may be associated with in the future. More

i just purchased a new car and this was my third in the past 2 years for me and my wife form atlanta classic cars .i can say that i will never ever go anywhere else Ben ,Steve and Mark were outstanding in past 2 years for me and my wife form atlanta classic cars .i can say that i will never ever go anywhere else Ben ,Steve and Mark were outstanding in their customer service they listened and listened and listened to my needs and they did a great job statisfying it all . i can not describe how happy i am with the service that i had. to make it clear to everyone who read this review i trust Ben to the max i baught two cars without seeying the cars all i had to do is call Ben and ask about them and all i needed to hear that they were up to his standards and by god when he delivered the cars they were far above my standards so i know that Ben and steve standards are superior and they are there for their customer .Ben came on his day off to close the deal on my car and when i got there he spent the whole day with me because i decided to upgrade to a different car the one thing stuck with me is both Ben AND Steve said we are here for you whatever makes you happy and we will work with you till you feel comfortable with your purchase and by all mean they did and there was not a second that i felt pressured or pushed to buy anything and that was great feeling . finally my advise to everyone who need new car all i can say see BEN AND STEVE and you will never be disapointed . sam ballouk . I had the privilege of working with Mr Ben Ajani in 2012. I came Dec of 2011 to look at cars and met with Mr Ben. He answered all of my questions and also worked out a fantastic price for me. I was extremely happy about the purchase of the brand new GLK 350. I still have my car and enjoy every minute I ride the car. His customer service skills is awesome. He makes you feel extremely comfortable. I have been back to this dealership twice in the last 3 months to purchase 2 more cars from Mr. Ben mainly because of the quality of his customer service skills and the trust I have in him.
