I had the privilege of working with Mr Ben Ajani in 2012. I came Dec of 2011 to look at cars and met with Mr Ben. He took time out to explain to explain all the features of the car i had always wanted to get I came Dec of 2011 to look at cars and met with Mr Ben. He took time out to explain to explain all the features of the car i had always wanted to get. He was such a pleasant man. He left no details out. He answered all of my questions and also worked out a fantastic price for me. I was extremely happy about the purchase of the brand new GLK 350. I still have my car and enjoy every minute I ride the car. His customer service skills is awesome. He makes you feel extremely comfortable. I have been back to this dealership twice in the last 3 months to purchase 2 more cars from Mr. Ben mainly because of the quality of his customer service skills and the trust I have in him. i just purchased a new car and this was my third in the past 2 years for me and my wife form atlanta classic cars .i can say that i will never ever go anywhere else Ben ,Steve and Mark were outstanding in past 2 years for me and my wife form atlanta classic cars .i can say that i will never ever go anywhere else Ben ,Steve and Mark were outstanding in their customer service they listened and listened and listened to my needs and they did a great job statisfying it all . i can not describe how happy i am with the service that i had. to make it clear to everyone who read this review i trust Ben to the max i baught two cars without seeying the cars all i had to do is call Ben and ask about them and all i needed to hear that they were up to his standards and by god when he delivered the cars they were far above my standards so i know that Ben and steve standards are superior and they are there for their customer .Ben came on his day off to close the deal on my car and when i got there he spent the whole day with me because i decided to upgrade to a different car the one thing stuck with me is both Ben AND Steve said we are here for you whatever makes you happy and we will work with you till you feel comfortable with your purchase and by all mean they did and there was not a second that i felt pressured or pushed to buy anything and that was great feeling . finally my advise to everyone who need new car all i can say see BEN AND STEVE and you will never be disapointed . sam ballouk . My experience with Atlanta Classic Cars Certified Pre-Owned and with Ben Ajani, Sales Associate could not have been more ideal. I was sent to ACC by a friend in the car business here in North Georgi Pre-Owned and with Ben Ajani, Sales Associate could not have been more ideal. I was sent to ACC by a friend in the car business here in North Georgia. I was treated with the utmost professionalism, in a friendly, casual environment. No pressure to test drive, no pressure to purchase, no pressure for add-ons, etc. However, I was not ignored, as the offer to assist came from different staff members in the showroom. Ben showed me the car styles I was interested in. I was offered a test drive, was given a detailed comparison between the two I was looking at, with no pressure or undue persuasion. He was great to talk with. He certainly knew his cars! I told Ben that I was going to lunch and would get back with him. He did not place any undue pressure on me to commit before leaving the showroom. I left and went to another Mercedes Dealership that I had been communicating with on the Internet. When I got there, I was ignored and had to ask for help just to look at the Pre-Owned S Classes. While I was finally introduced to a sales associate, he was not knowledgeable about his inventory and, frankly, didn't seem too interested in even trying to find out anything. The difference in dealerships was day and night between them and ACC! Needless to say, after I lunched, I returned to Atlanta Classic Cars and drove home with a dream of a 2009 S Class, thanks to Ben's help. Every person from Ben to payment treated me with the utmost respect and professionalism. And at the end, Ben gave me a great detailed overview of the car's interior and functioning before I left for home, staying beyond closing, esp on New Year's Eve! Thanks Ben! The experience has been a great one. More

Recently I was interested in getting a good, reasonably priced used car from a certified dealership so I could have some assurance that I would not be sold a Lemon. From the minute I stepped into the deale priced used car from a certified dealership so I could have some assurance that I would not be sold a Lemon. From the minute I stepped into the dealership till when I left with my "new" car, I received excellent customer service from Ben Ajani the sales associate who attended to me. I got an excellent deal on a Toyota Corolla (yes they have those!) clean engine, everything works, new tires at such a good price I had to name the car 'Favour'!(The whole experience felt like a favour from God) Ben and Kim took great care of me, my tags were ordered and sent to me so I didn't even have to go to the dreaded DMV office.They explained all the paperwork I signed and made me very comfortable to know I could call them up if I had any questions.. There was enough space on the lot to do my test drive and a couple of weeks after the sale I even received a lovely fruit basket from Harry and David to say thank you! I am so determined to return there and buy a new Mercedes as I can only dream of what I would receive then... I have a huge smile on my face every time I think of Atlanta Classic Cars. More

I almost purchased a Mercedes convertible elsewhere, I checked all of the Mercedes dealerships and did my homework but always felt that I was dealing with another car salesman who was trying to hustle me checked all of the Mercedes dealerships and did my homework but always felt that I was dealing with another car salesman who was trying to hustle me for commission. Then I met Steve Fraley sales mgr. Atlanta Classic cars, It took only a short time and I knew I was going to the next step with him and his organization. Steve introduced me to Marc Brumberg to help me make a decision on the financial side. The entire process with Mark was that of a friend and his concern for my investment not lets close him. This was NOT a dealership financial man, it was very pleasurable. That took me to Ben Ajani, sales professional extraordinaire. Ben has been and is always there for me, he always has time for lets say my less than professional questions even after the sale. All I can say is this team is 1st rate. Now to the service side. I can not say enough about Christy Hicks. I believe after the sale is made all of the following years with your car are with your spouse and your service coordinator. I take my hat off to Christy, she IS PEACE OF MIND for booth my wife and myself. This is not about the cost its about a no hassle process it should be fun from day one until the end. If this review seems a little over the top it's because they are that good. To say Atlanta Classic Cars is outstanding is definitely an understatement. We purchased a E550 convertible and I am thrilled with the entire experience. I recommend anybody in the market for Mercedes needs to at least call this team. a professional organization. t They More

I've dealt with Atlanta Classic for eight years in several capacities. The dealership is always friendly, clean, and all of the employees are exceptional when it comes to customer service or just help several capacities. The dealership is always friendly, clean, and all of the employees are exceptional when it comes to customer service or just helping out with questions. It is also nice to see a dealership like Atlanta Classic so involved with community affairs and helping out in the community with fund raisers, Toys for Tots, sponsorships to organizations and youth activities. Outstanding dealership and all of the staff at ACC!!!! More

We were extremely pleased with the service we received at Atlanta Classic of Duluth. Previously,we had purchased our C300 from another Mercedes dealership where the salesman was a little "pushy"; there was Atlanta Classic of Duluth. Previously,we had purchased our C300 from another Mercedes dealership where the salesman was a little "pushy"; there was no comparison to the excellent service we received this time at Atlanta Classic. Ben Ajani and Lisa Brennan were very informative and pleasant to work with even when we got home and decided we wanted to exchange and buy a different car from the one we had just picked out. No problem.... they were only too happy to make sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase. If we ever need to buy another Mercedes, we will definitely go back to Atlanta Classic!!!!
