We agreed on a price on Monday and when I returned on Tuesday they changed it by an additional $1000 due to miscommunication. On Thursday I spoke to Rich Kirby who promised to do right by our family and Tuesday they changed it by an additional $1000 due to miscommunication. Toyota of Easley was such an easy experience for trading in a used car and buying a new one. We specifically worked with Ben, and he was so helpful and gave all the information we needed, but he never pushe in a used car and buying a new one. Once we were ready to buy, he walked us through the process, and it was the quickest process I've ever had with buying a car. We were at the dealership for an hour and a half from start to finish.
