A new battery was purchased and installed by the service dept. We noticed that the engine sounded differently when the vehicle sped up. I checked under the hood and found that the air filter cover was not dept. We noticed that the engine sounded differently when the vehicle sped up. We had to wait over 2 hours for an oil change. We had an appointment at 11:15 and finally got our car at 1:30. Also the receipt had info from our other car which should not have been on thrre. Usually very good. Went in for a new battery and it took 90 minutes! Free check was performed but not asked for and was not told it was being done.
