A new battery was purchased and installed by the service dept. We noticed that the engine sounded differently when the vehicle sped up. We had to wait over 2 hours for an oil change. We had an appointment at 11:15 and finally got our car at 1:30. Also the receipt had info from our other car which should not have been on thrre. Usually very good. Went in for a new battery and it took 90 minutes! Free check was performed but not asked for and was not told it was being done.
