Fiixing the groaning in the Rav IV! We are leasing a Rav IV and brought it in for its 5000 mile check. We had noticed a strange problem earlier and had notified Toyota. When we brough We are leasing a Rav IV and brought it in for its 5000 mile check. We had noticed a strange problem earlier and had notified Toyota. When we brought it in, they diagnosed it, ordered the parts and set up another appointment within a few days. When I arrived, at the new appointment, Dan quickly took care of me and the car. Within the day, we were notified that it was fixed and when I went back in, Ben was the only person around and asked if I needed help. He quickly found the work order and the keys to the car and I was on my way. I was pleased with the friendliness, efficiency, and timeliness of the whole experience. Thanks to all. More

Fast Tire Fix These guys were amazing! We experienced a tire puncture just after 4p on a Friday. They had us fixed and on the road shortly after 5p. No appointment, These guys were amazing! We experienced a tire puncture just after 4p on a Friday. They had us fixed and on the road shortly after 5p. No appointment, late on a Friday and they didn't bat an eye.
