BATTERY DEATH! I called in the morning to check on getting a new battery because my battery died on me(2015 vehicle, had to jump it). Secretary said they were short I called in the morning to check on getting a new battery because my battery died on me(2015 vehicle, had to jump it). Secretary said they were short handed with the schools starting 2 hours late and that she would have them call me back. A service employee called back and told me the options....told me they had both types of battery for my vehicle on hand....said I could come whenever I wanted to that day. So I arrived around 11:00. Ben Becker greeted me when I pulled in my truck.Trent Braun checked me in, We discussed the battery options and went with the same exact battery my vehicle had in it(7 year warranty)...hope this one lasts a lot longer then my original one. Seems little premature for my battery to die....trade vehicles in every 3-5 years and never had to purchase a new battery before I traded it until now. I was out of there in about 20 minutes. Trent and Ben were very polite. More
