They aren't just people "doing their jobs"; they go far beyond merely being professionals — they're invested in their business, and genuinely nice people. The car business can be nerve-wracking. Buying, trading or getting your vehicle serviced or repaired usually isn't high on a person's list of "fun things to do", but these people actually make it pleasant. I've never said that kind of thing about any other dealership except this one. If they were asked to write a review of me it might sound like this: 'Here he comes again, always claiming he's old and crabby, as usual, but he's always smiling when he comes in, and smiling when he leaves."
