Recently purchased a used truck from them that had rock chip on fender and they threw in fixing it as part of the deal in contract. Had the truck for exactly a week and engine light came on for bank 1 sole chip on fender and they threw in fixing it as part of the deal in contract. Had the truck for exactly a week and engine light came on for bank 1 solenoid cam phaser. I had not purchased any warranties and I called Ben up from parts and service dept. and he said bring it back so they check it out. I got a call a couple days later saying they was taking care of it zero cost to me. When I picked up my truck the fender was looking great and truck is running great again. I have to say these guys stand solid on their word and brand. Thanks guys More

I took my car in for a 60,000 mile service. i waited in it. The waiting area is clean and plenty of seats and tables. I was able to work on my laptop while I was there. When the service person told me it was complete he went through the service that was performed, and even removed a service that had been done more recently, and did not have to be repeated and save me some money. He also was very easily able to apply my Ford points, which saved me additional money. I was very happy when I left. Everyone was very helpful and walked me through everything that was done to my car. More

I don't like posting negative reviews, but they are he WtORST. Don't go there unless you want to feel taken advantage of. We were extremely disappointed with the service we received at Columbia Ford. After bringing our car in on three separate occasions, it became clear that we were wrong to trust them. By the third visit, we realized that they lack the honesty and integrity we expected from a reputable dealership. We will NEVER return and will tell everyone we know to stay away. Service: Despite claiming to have "certified technicians," it felt like they were just throwing parts at our car with no understanding of the actual issue. They not only failed to fix the problem, but it also created MORE problems and left us with an ever-growing bill. To make matters worse, they misdiagnosed another problem entirely, forcing us to take the car to multiple other shops for further repairs. Customer Service: We were misled at every turn. They initially told us there was only one way to resolve the issue, but when that didn't work, they replaced three other parts without explanation. When we called them out on their poor service, we were blamed for the problems they caused and were told they shouldn't have even taken my vehicle because its "too old" (its only 10 years old) If you're looking for honest, reliable service, we highly recommend going elsewhere. P.S. A friend of ours, who is a former Ford technician, shared that many Ford dealerships are more focused on making money than providing quality service, often relying on customers' lack of knowledge about cars to push unnecessary repairs.
