I've driven a Ford SUV for over 25 yrs and actually retired from Ford Credit. I've had issues with warranty and coupons. The worst experience every time I go there. Went for a warranty repair yesterday. The service advisor, was helpful, he witness the problem with my speakers himself. He said it was very bad and they would take care of it. Then the service guys text and say they can replicate the issue. Their own guy witness the problem three times in their parking lot. They are incompetent at best and liars at worst. More
