4 wheel drive malfunctioned and would not disengage Andy took my initial call and was very pleasant on the phone. He provided me with a loaner vehicle so I could still get around for work and with my 3 Andy took my initial call and was very pleasant on the phone. He provided me with a loaner vehicle so I could still get around for work and with my 3 kiddos. They let me pull into the service area so I could take out all of the car seats and then put them into the loaner without having to do it in the cold outdoors. It was a great overall experience and I appreciated their help. More

Better than most This was my 4th dealership of walking in over the last 4 months! I knew I qualified for the pull ahead option on my previous leased equinox, but ever This was my 4th dealership of walking in over the last 4 months! I knew I qualified for the pull ahead option on my previous leased equinox, but every quote I got from previous dealers was $350 or more for just standard models such as Ford Escape, Jeep Compass, Equinox LS, and LT which in my mind was a joke! However, manager Kirk asked why I was looking at purchasing previously used vehicles and not getting back into another equinox and I told him i needed a $300 pmt at most and wanted a few more options then what I previously had which was basically only remote start! He said not a problem, which was a sale in my eyes per know one else even understood what I needed to HEAR! But Kirk did and got me the works for options, almost all the bells and whistles and then said what color would you like? Such that any wouldn't be an issue to get! I was happy, excited, and felt respect, which no other dealership had done yet! More

used 2017 Cruz purchase I paid cash for this Cruz. Very smooth sale given it was the last day of the month. Several Suburban reps had to handle the deal due to heavy business I paid cash for this Cruz. Very smooth sale given it was the last day of the month. Several Suburban reps had to handle the deal due to heavy business but all went well. Information was clear and concise. Only glitches were missing valve stem caps for the tires. Tire flip or tire rotation. A need to know item. No history report for service or last oil change performed. (no window sticker) Maybe in the door? Final detailing was a little hurried. Again, end of the month chaos probably? I left my 2016 Cruz as trade with 3/4 tank of gas while the 2017 barely had an 1/8th in it when I left. More

Great buying experience Suburban was the fourth car dealership I visited to find the car I wanted to buy. Those dealerships were only interested in selling me a car from the Suburban was the fourth car dealership I visited to find the car I wanted to buy. Those dealerships were only interested in selling me a car from their current inventory. Ben was the only salesman I talked to that took the time to locate the exact car I wanted and the car was at the dealership in a few days for me to drive. I was satisfied with the price and the discount he found for me. When I came to pick up the car, he had the car ready for me and showed me how the various features worked. I will definitely pass his name onto friends looking for a vehicle. More
