After test driving that, I decided to shop a little bit. I contacted Suntrup Hyundai in Wentzville figuring I would give them another chance even after the bait & switch tactics they displayed when i purchased the previous car. I received a super low offer that beat Dean Team by several thousand dollars, set up a test drive and met with the salesman there. Only to find out that the price I was given he could not sell the car for. figured he was wasting my time, I might as well waste his, so I test drove the car (he brought up an all wheel drive instead of a front wheel drive which was not even what we were discussing purchasing) and then took it home for the night and called Dean Team. Why did I even waste my time calling anyone else in the first place. Ben & Gary @ Dean Team should have made this a painless purchase but I had to submit myself to the abuse and bait and switch tactics (AGAIN) of Suntrup. When I finally committed to Dean Team, everything was smooth as glass including the financing with Richard. I can not recommend this dealership enough. Dean Team Hyundai is the place to go and the people to deal with if you are looking for a new Hyundai or Genesis. Its like buying a car from your friend. More

Honest and Fair I went looking for a new car after the car I have had since I got my lisence started having mechanical problems. As a new college graduate, I unfortunately don't have much credit, but I felt the team at Dean Team was upfront and honest, especially Frank, and did what they could to help me get the lowest rate I could with the help of a consigner and maximize on incentives (even though, after researching the Hyundai offered incentives quite a bit, I was disappointed to find out that many of them require a mirage of additional hoops to jump through, or incentive limitations). All in all, I was incredibly satisfied with the customer service and attention to detail Frank provided us with throughout the process, and very happy in the car I ended up with! In addition, my mom reached out to the Hyundai text quote service before our car search began. She was put into contact with a Salesman named Ben, who went above and beyond to answer our questions. Unfortunately he was out of town the day I was able to go to the dealer, but he made recommendations for us, and even checked up on us after to make sure we had gotten all of our questions answered! More

I have been very satisfied in terms of the ve We have purchased our last 3 new vehicles (all Hyundai vehicles) from Dean Team Hyundai in Ballwin, MO. I have been very satisfied in terms of the vehicles themselves and with the experience of purchasing the vehicles from Dean Team Hyundai. My two older Hyundai vehicles (2007 Azera and 2013 Santa Fe Sport) have been very reliable with a good combination of features, styling and price. My oldest vehicle, the 2007 Azera, has 130,000 miles, still runs very well and has had only one issue outside of normal maintenance in the entire 10 years we have owned it. My wife still loves her 2013 Santa Fe Sport as much as on the first day she bought it. The service department is always been a pleasant experience with us in terms of friendliness of staff and quality of work. With my most recent purchase (2017 Azera), most of my communication and price negotiation with the salesperson was done via text messaging. This was a very pleasant, low hassle experience that saved me a lot of time when I came in to test drive the vehicle and then later purchase the vehicle. I would definitely recommend Dean Team Hyundai and consideration of purchasing Hyundai vehicles to others. More
