I traveled 1,150 miles for this purchase. The first pleasant surprise was finding a dealership specializing in high-performance used cars. The best surprise was meeting Kirk Hughes. He didn't seem like a salesman. Then I met Ben Greer and found out that this was no accident. Ben seeks fresh talent , not jaded by years of car sales hijinks. Smart move. Kirk used the word "assist", which is perfect. I don't need salesmen. I know exactly what I want and what I'm willing to pay. I need an assistant to help me close the deal. Kirk went way beyond the call of duty to assist me. He eagerly satisfied every special request I made. We had a tense moment in the service bay which was quickly and graciously resolved by Darrell and Zach and I was concerned about the age of the tires which also was solved with Kirk's help. The true test of any person or group is how they handle the inevitable glitches that occur. This where this dealership excelled and why I am happy to give such high praise. Well done, everyone. I had the greatest experience at Country Chevrolet with our Salesman Ben, Steve the Sales Manager, and Steve the Finance Manager. First off they waited for my wife and I to come in for their last appointment at 830pm for what I anticipated to be a quick test drive and maybe we'd be back in the morning, but no, these guys stayed until nearly midnight to help us reach a decision on a used vehicle. The entire process was so pleasant and stress free, I cant say enough how much I enjoyed working with these men at Country Cheverolet. they gave us an excellent deal on a great vehicle that we are very happy with! Their upfront pricing and no hassle sales approach made for one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had.
