No haggling needed. Fair pricing and great after-sale care. Ben Greer met us as soon as my wife and I arrived and was helpful in getting us into the automobile that suited our needs. This is the third vehicle I have purchased from Country Chevrolet! These guy's are extremely friendly and professional!The car buying experience should always be this pleasent and easy. I had been looking for a 'new-to-me' suburban for about a month. I picked the worst time winter) to begin my search. Local dealerships had what I wanted, but were too busy playing the price game and I felt month. I picked the worst time winter) to begin my search. Local dealerships had what I wanted, but were too busy playing the price game and I felt like a mouse in a snake pit at all of them. I happened across Country Chevrolet online with the model I was looking for and sent an email inquiry. I figured I had a while to keep searching...Ben emailed quickly back to me with my questions answered. We talked price over email and I was sold on a year newer model for the same price I was looking at elsewhere. Plus, my trade was valued highest at Country Chevrolet....I'll be back when the time comes again! More

My husband and I were looking to purchase a new Truck for the past 2 years. My husband really did not want to do the whole negoiating and back and forth with pricing! He hates to deal with Car salesman, he the past 2 years. My husband really did not want to do the whole negoiating and back and forth with pricing! He hates to deal with Car salesman, he works from 6am until 7pm, MON TO SAT, we always look after hours when the dealerships are closed....and could never make a decision.... THEN WE MET BEN GREER, what a blessing !!!! We came home last Friday night, after again walking the lot at 10pm, and started looking on line at the two trucks we really liked!!! I knew My Husband was really really ready and excited!!!.....so He and I e mailed the website, and within 10 minutes, we got a response right away! Ben responded at 10:45 PM!! WOW WOW WOW, What great customer service! My husband knew it was the right person, to help him in his new purchase. I can attest from that point forward Ben was nothing but professional, responsive, and just a pleasure to work with! He overcame any objection and helped meet our pricing needs! Thank you Ben....anyone that is thinking of buying a CHEVY, should wait for the best and ask for BEN GREER, you will not be dissappointed!!! More

We traveled over an hour to this dealership based on the rapid responses and attention to detail we received during our internet communications. Ben Greer welcomed us knowing that I have brought many Chevr rapid responses and attention to detail we received during our internet communications. Ben Greer welcomed us knowing that I have brought many Chevrolets but only from my brother and my husband did not want to buy an expensive Suburban. As a result of Ben's efforts to work with us and the Country Chevrolet management team to work with him, we left with a new 2011 Surburban at price my husband could accept (reasonable trade-in value and incentives and negotiated sells price). The only way this experience could have been better is if my brother was still with us to buy from him. Thank you Ben More

I absolutely enjoyed my car-buying experience with Ben at Country Chevrolet. I usually find buying a car to be nothing less than a total chore. I spent 8 hrs once trying to buy a toyota that i had picked o Country Chevrolet. I usually find buying a car to be nothing less than a total chore. I spent 8 hrs once trying to buy a toyota that i had picked out from the website line-up of vehicles. With Ben and Country, that was not the case at all. I selected my car on-line and received a note from Ben vey soon thereafter. We swapped a few e-mails to narrow down my purchase parameters. Then, we scheduled a visit. Country Chevrolet, offered fine hospitality; I felt special as a customer. Ben cut to the chase on the price, avoiding any back and forth with approval managers, etc. We took a great test drive (of my new Volt); Ben was exceptionally knowledgeable about the car, the Country Chevrolet facility, the service hours, everything about which I had questions. We arranged for pick-up of the car -- so I could get mine ready for trade in and so Ben could ensure the Volt was ready for pick-up. That process went seamlessly. Ben and his team (Dana & Adam( worked though all the details in a breeze. Finally, Ben invested his time with me to ensure i was fully comfortable with the new technologies in the Volt. Dana followed up a few days later just to ensure everything was working smoothly. I was very skeptical about buying a Chevy...not anymore. I will be returning to Country Chevrolet for my Volt servicing and likely my next new car to replace another 165K mile car! More

My husband and I test drove the 2013 Malibu and ended up buying it. Ben Greer was so helpful and knowledgeable regarding this vehicle. We brought along our adult daughter to add a neutral measure for the buying it. Ben Greer was so helpful and knowledgeable regarding this vehicle. We brought along our adult daughter to add a neutral measure for the back passenger status and Ben even answered her questions as well. Not missing a beat, he rattled off facts and information to all three of us regarding performance and upgrades as if it was second nature. We personally appreciated also, the time Ben took to ensure the sale, well into the 9pm to 10pm time frame and on a weeknight at that! After initial paperwork was secured, Ben then took even more time and made sure to go through the car's electronic offerings with my husband. Since I had to depart, work and commuting the next day, I was offered the same tutorial on a day convenient to my schedule. This is above and beyond normal car sales behavior. Ben went above these normal performances of a typical car salesman. This kindness is something we aren't used to from car salesmen. Usually the behavior is more hounding and stalking. Thank you Ben, for being so informative and kind. Thank you Country Chevrolet for employing this salesman. It encourages us to return in the future for car maintenance but also to purchase another auto. More

I have never taken the time to rate a purchase before but wanted to write that we thoroughly enjoyed buying a new Suburban from Ben Greer and his team including Dana Payne and Steve Myers. They answered my emails promptly and stayed late to accomodate our travel schedule from Charlottesville. The 2011 new Suburban we were aiming for had a color a bit too bright for us and they came up with a 2012 model much to our liking and helped us on the price difference. They gave us a fair trade value on our older Suburban. We drove back the next day to pick it up. Ben Greer gave us a thorough check out on the updated electronics. We recommend this team at Country Chevrolet. More

We recently purchased a 2011 Chevy Cruze (only 6000 miles) from Country Chevrolet in Warrenton and the experience was hassle free. Our initial search for comparing three different economical cars (Ford miles) from Country Chevrolet in Warrenton and the experience was hassle free. Our initial search for comparing three different economical cars (Ford Focus, Hyundai Elantra, and Chevy Cruze) began via the internet and completing contact forms. Ben Greer and his assistant Dana answered all questions via email without applying the usual car sales-representative, pressure, which was refreshing. Extending this same compliment to the other car dealer’s representatives is not applicable, received relentless pressure to visit their dealership. We walked into the Warrenton dealership at 9 am on a Saturday expecting to test drive a 2012 Chevy Cruze model that did not have all the bells and whistle I wanted in a car, but our finances were tight so…. Ben showed us the 2011 fully loaded model (only 6000 miles) and in the color I wanted, test drove it and by 10 am drove off the lot in the 2011 model. The trade in vehicle, which received approximately fair - market value, did defray the cost, bringing the total to a manageable payment.
