With our recent car purchase, Ben Grunewald was the first and only salesperson to be immediately attentive to our search for a car. Comparison, other dealerships, either lack of inventory or staff shortages, and only salesperson to be immediately attentive to our search for a car. Comparison, other dealerships, either lack of inventory or staff shortages, left us standing around and waiting for information and answers to your questions. Ben listened to what we wanted and answered questions we had, got us into a car for a test drive quickly and then immediately started helping us with a search of inventory. He also provided an overview of the dealership's finance department information. Once we made a choice, with him providing us many alternatives and in a non-pressured way, he helped us figure out timing for purchase, answered our questions about interior and exterior treatment packages we wanted, connected us wtih a technology expert and then even helped us workout how to juggle new vehicle pickup (including him providing me transportation to the dealership day of pickup). All around, a great experience. As for the dealership as a whole, buying from this dealership played a big role in our decision to stick with a Mercedes vehicle. Customers are treated as such and not an annoyance or inconvenience. In almost all instances, I feel like my time and convenience is considered a priority. I hope that this type of service continues with my ongoing Mercedes ownership. More
