I came here on January 1, 2024 and bought a Mazda CX-5. I would like to take the time and write about my experience and personally acknowledge two individuals that made my experience unforgettable! First I would like to take the time and write about my experience and personally acknowledge two individuals that made my experience unforgettable! First, let me start by stating that I have been looking for a car for the past six months. I have been to five different dealerships and each visit was exhausting and awful. The lack of customer service and proper etiquette is astonishing! To the extent, I no longer wanted to buy a new car. I was absolutely ready to give up! I called and spoke to Tony Burba prior to arriving. I explained my past experiences and pure frustration. He reassured me that he would be there for me through the entire process. Without a doubt, this took place from the moment that I walked in, until the moment that I left. He answered all of my questions and concerns. I wasn't rushed and I felt very comfortable. A huge thank you Tony for keeping your word and referring Ben, who took excellent care of me. Ben was my agent who assisted me in picking out the best car for my needs. What a wonderful experience this was! I am 100% satisfied with my new Mazda. I absolutely love it! Thank you Ben for taking me on test drives and truly listening to exactly what I wanted. I am very happy with the car I eventually made a deal on. The salesman was courteous, knowledgeable and offered me a deal on the next trim up from what I was planning on for just 300 more.
