I’m a retired USAF military veteran and had a frustrating experience with the Mazda of Palm Beach dealership. After selling my car to them, it took a staggering 11 days for them to pay me. They kept saying t experience with the Mazda of Palm Beach dealership. After selling my car to them, it took a staggering 11 days for them to pay me. They kept saying they were waiting for the lien to be removed from the title by the finance company they supposedly paid off. They said it was their policy not to issue checks until the lien was cleared, but I found it strange because the only lien on the car was from the finance company they had just paid off, which was verified by the vehicle inquiry they have access to. I found this delay unacceptable, and I felt that they were dishonest for reasons I do not want to assume. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this dealership. More
