I feel that I was not supported and valued as a customer purchasing a vehicle.I had to be the one to inform him that the vehicle had an engine harness recall, rather than him being aware of it or proactively bringing it to my attention. This raised concerns about his level of preparation and product knowledge.Overall, a good salesperson should do more than simply facilitate a sale but rather he should help customers make an informed and confident decision.
