This raised concerns about his level of preparation and product knowledge.Overall, a good salesperson should do more than simply facilitate a sale but rather he should help customers make an informed and confident decision. I was pre-qualified for a loan from my bank and Sara made it a point to try and get me a better deal from another bank.
