From the very first phone call, Ben had put in a relentless effort to dig into my credit and work along side my fairy angel Ann in financing to seal my deal with ultimate best rate possible. I I had nearly given up, and even went as far as to book a month-long rental for myself. I recall Ben telling me to sit tight and I’m so glad i listened! I was a frantic mother a week before Christmas without a car and Ben definitely pIckes up on that and Provided me with a lot of updates throughout the process. I drove to Milwaukee from the northwest suburbs of Chicago and while driving thought to myself how many dealerships am I driving right by and how many Lexus dealerships am I also driving by? Not one of those dealerships could take the time and effort to go above and beyond to meet their customers needs like Ben and Ann did.
