The Financing and paper work took almost 4hours and the check I was to receive for sale of my vehicle was not ready on Tuesday, which I was told would be but the person said he told me it would be mail check I was to receive for sale of my vehicle was not ready on Tuesday, which I was told would be but the person said he told me it would be mailed and then Tuesday they said it would be overnight . which who knows the way the mail is being processed when I would receive. I had made arrangements with Bank to depoist the check Tuesday to pay some Bills, which if it was overnight this would not happen I was of course very upset and said I need my check , and guess what they said I would get it, which took 45 minutes and the check was handed to me and again he informed me I told you it would be mailed !!!!!!! More

Everyone at Sapaugh made the experience of buying a vehicle very pleasant. From the salesmen to the finance office. There was no pressure at all.
