Honestly I was a little disappointed with the experience. Purchasing the vehicle and the trade in was fair. When it came to signing the paperwork it took about 20 min for one portion then we had to sit in a Purchasing the vehicle and the trade in was fair. When it came to signing the paperwork it took about 20 min for one portion then we had to sit in a waiting area for over 1 hour for someone to finish up the remaining financial portion. We didn't need financing. The title was free and clear on our trade. When we finally got to finish the paperwork it took 10 min maybe. While we were waiting, we counted at least 6 salesman walking around laughing, joking enjoying their day which is fine. But if everyone one of them were making a sale I can not imagine how much longer our wait would have been. I know we were fortunate that it only took a little over an hour because we essentially got put in front of someone else who had been waiting. I think they can definitely add more employees to the financial department to help with the overall experience. I would go back here, but I would most likely purchase online to avoid this situation.
