I got my first car at this dealership in 2005 and Jenkins Hyundai of Ocala has been my go to dealership since! I got my car serviced 1/31/2022 for an oil change and Ben was the fella that helped me out. He Hyundai of Ocala has been my go to dealership since! I got my car serviced 1/31/2022 for an oil change and Ben was the fella that helped me out. He was very kind and courteous. He got me checked in and made sure I didnt have any other concerns with my vehicle and kept me updated with the status of my vehicle. Awesome job! More

The car I bought is very nice. However their approach to the customer was all about control and making money off of the customer’s misunderstanding of how the payment system works. I do feel looking back t the customer was all about control and making money off of the customer’s misunderstanding of how the payment system works. I do feel looking back that I overpaid and did not receive the true value for my trade in. I am not a very experienced car buyer and do feel I was taken advantage of. More
