Excellent, fast, easy and a pleasure Ben really went above and beyond for me and I look for him now whenever I come in. He's always polite, explains everything to me in a way that makes Ben really went above and beyond for me and I look for him now whenever I come in. He's always polite, explains everything to me in a way that makes it easy for me to make a decision about my service and he's always ready with a smile. His easy going nature and humor are definitely a plus when working with his customers - I can attest to that. More

Very nice and Very easy I came for a change of oil, arrived at 8: 05, drove into garage and was met by a young man, who was very nice, asked what needed to be done, and showe I came for a change of oil, arrived at 8: 05, drove into garage and was met by a young man, who was very nice, asked what needed to be done, and showed me where the waiting room was, and said they would let me know when job was done, and about 35- 40 minutes they called my name and the truck was ready. All around staff was great I've been coming here to buy and for service for years and have always been happy with the service and the staff. This past visit was no different, gr I've been coming here to buy and for service for years and have always been happy with the service and the staff. This past visit was no different, greeted by the express service lane crew promptly, inside service admin Susan was great as always, met with a service rep quickly and was on my way. Issue was fixed within their means as quick as possible, Kelly staff stayed past closing until my car was ready (Thanks Ben) (rim repair on warranty outside contractor was late). Appreciate their loyalty to continuing customers, not many big dealerships have staff staying past closing for their customers when issue is out of their hands. Susan, Jack, and now Ordalie/Ben this past time have been nothing short of great in their service to customers. Kelly Nissan should take care of these staff members, they are invaluable, coming from a senior manager in another service related field. More

Always great service I had a very positive service experience. They took me in without an appointment and were able to repair my car in a very timely manner.
