We drove over 110 miles to the dealership to look at a car. I reached out to the dealership via email and Shay Cribbs answered back on a Sunday evening. She then followered up with a phone call Monday morning. She indicated that when we arrived to ask for Josh Brewer. There was no need Josh welcomed us at the door and introduced himself and us to Saeed Abazid who brought the vehicle we wanted to see to us. He spent time with us discussing the features of the vehicle and then took my husband and son for a test drive. We worked with Saeed to finalize the deal. Ben Roberts then worked with us to ensure we got the financing we were comfortable with. I have bought several cars in my life and this was by far one of the best buying experiences we have had. Thank you to Shay, Josh, Saeed and Ben. We will be back to Mtn. View for our next purchase. More

Helpful, nervous, excited, happy and in love I went to Mtn View just to have my husband truck look at and had no intentions of buying a car but I have been looking at the Traverse for a few year I went to Mtn View just to have my husband truck look at and had no intentions of buying a car but I have been looking at the Traverse for a few years. I went to get a book about the Traverse and Mr. Sean Moses asked me if he could help me and I said I'm not buying a car today but he said you just want to look and I said yes. Sean was very nice well spoken and has a very lovely smile. He pulled one around for me to look at and when we found out I would be there for a while ask if I would like to drive it home and come back later (we had to pick up the truck) so I did. I loved it but not white and with no leather. I was nervous because I have not had a car payment in 5 years. So lets say I was treated very well and bought exactly what I wanted. We will be back....
