Helpful, nervous, excited, happy and in love I went to Mtn View just to have my husband truck look at and had no intentions of buying a car but I have been looking at the Traverse for a few year I went to Mtn View just to have my husband truck look at and had no intentions of buying a car but I have been looking at the Traverse for a few years. I went to get a book about the Traverse and Mr. Sean Moses asked me if he could help me and I said I'm not buying a car today but he said you just want to look and I said yes. Sean was very nice well spoken and has a very lovely smile. He pulled one around for me to look at and when we found out I would be there for a while ask if I would like to drive it home and come back later (we had to pick up the truck) so I did. I loved it but not white and with no leather. I was nervous because I have not had a car payment in 5 years. So lets say I was treated very well and bought exactly what I wanted. We will be back.... He had the paper work completed when we arrived and it only took a few minutes to close the sale. He reviewed the car with us and helped us to understand all new features. Since we had a 2014 Chevrolet Impala there was little difference for us. The car was ready for us upon arrival. Sean kept asking us if we had any questions. He was a very nice young man.
