Helpful, nervous, excited, happy and in love I went to Mtn View just to have my husband truck look at and had no intentions of buying a car but I have been looking at the Traverse for a few year I went to Mtn View just to have my husband truck look at and had no intentions of buying a car but I have been looking at the Traverse for a few years. I went to get a book about the Traverse and Mr. Sean Moses asked me if he could help me and I said I'm not buying a car today but he said you just want to look and I said yes. Sean was very nice well spoken and has a very lovely smile. He pulled one around for me to look at and when we found out I would be there for a while ask if I would like to drive it home and come back later (we had to pick up the truck) so I did. I loved it but not white and with no leather. I was nervous because I have not had a car payment in 5 years. So lets say I was treated very well and bought exactly what I wanted. We will be back.... My salesman was Sean Moses who greeted us as we walked into the dealership. He was very friendly and helpful with information on the new car. He had the paper work completed when we arrived and it only took a few minutes to close the sale. He reviewed the car with us and helped us to understand all new features. Since we had a 2014 Chevrolet Impala there was little difference for us. The car was ready for us upon arrival. Sean kept asking us if we had any questions. He was a very nice young man.
