Excellent Purchasing Experience We were in the market for a particular vehicle that we flat tow behind our motor home and chose the Chevy Equinox. Shay in the Internet Sales department answered all of my questions over the phone and via text messaging quickly, thoroughly and professionally without being pushy. She attentively set a window appointment for us to test drive for that afternoon as we drove over an hour to the dealership. Peter Ruby, manager, called me directly to clarify our vehicle needs and assure me they would take care of us when we arrived as we only had a few hours available to purchase our vehicle due to our busy work schedules. #1 the best in excellent customer service from beginning to end! Actually the best service we have received at a dealership in a very long time. Once we arrived, John Wheeler, our salesman, was waiting for us in the front parking lot. John was patient, understanding and listened to all our needs and requirements we were seeking in our new vehicle. He did an excellent and thorough test drive with us And he even showed us other possible purchase options to met our vehicle needs. We had decided on the Chevy Equinox and are extremely happy with our purchase from Mtn. View Chevrolet. It was exactly what were were looking for on all points: flat tow ability, price, quality, exterior and interior color and style. It was a pleasure working with John. He was not a pushy salesman and very easy to work with. We had secured our own financing in advance and the paperwork and purchasing was quick and easy. We then worked with Ben Roberts to finalize financing, down payment and extended warranty purchase. He answered all questions honestly and it was a pleasure to work with him. Throughout our visit Peter, manager, checked in on us to ensure we were happy with our visit and to see if he could answer any additional questions. Here again, none of the staff we dealt with were pushy and they were very friendly, professional and caring. I believe they truly appreciated our business. We were in and out on the rode in our new Chevrolet Equinox within 3 hours from the test drive to the paperwork and finalizing our purchase. Here again we obtained our financing in advance and that helped speed up the process. We would highly recommend Mountain View Chevrolet, Shay, John, Ben and Peter to any one in the market to purchase their next vehicle. More

Totally exceeded my expectations From beginning to end of the buying process we were informed and treated honestly with integrity and courtesy. We drove over 110 miles to the dealersh From beginning to end of the buying process we were informed and treated honestly with integrity and courtesy. We drove over 110 miles to the dealership to look at a car. I reached out to the dealership via email and Shay Cribbs answered back on a Sunday evening. She then followered up with a phone call Monday morning. She indicated that when we arrived to ask for Josh Brewer. There was no need Josh welcomed us at the door and introduced himself and us to Saeed Abazid who brought the vehicle we wanted to see to us. He spent time with us discussing the features of the vehicle and then took my husband and son for a test drive. We worked with Saeed to finalize the deal. Ben Roberts then worked with us to ensure we got the financing we were comfortable with. I have bought several cars in my life and this was by far one of the best buying experiences we have had. Thank you to Shay, Josh, Saeed and Ben. We will be back to Mtn. View for our next purchase. More
